WORKING WITH NEON..

My first blog on Working with Neon is a style that can be carried out for daily ocassions, for work or even for play!! It is a style that can be put together in office as well as for a small party sort of thingie! :D

The following posts also carry the same tone in the sense that they are neutral neons capable of working well both at office and at parties. With much less time available for the modern day working women to change for  evening parties, this is a great way to prep up the style quotient!

WORKING WITH NEON...PART 1

Neon is the new pink!!! :D:D...You see it in the runways, the streets, on models, on actors, even on college girls. I think it is high time that I should put this post, but has been remaining in my "to be posted" items for a long time..so no more wasting time let me get on with a Neon Collage!!

MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT FASHION COLLAGE!!

HEY GIRLS!! One of the best stress busters for me is to immerse myself in the world of fashion, fashion and more fashion. And now adding to it, fashion collage is another way in which you can unleash your creativity and innovation!! So here goes my first attempt. :D..Check it out girlsss..

STILETTOS,PUMPS,WEDGES AND WHAT NOT?? :P

Do the names sound scary? It sure did for me when I first heard them. I couldn't see the difference between all of these. For me a heels was a heels was a heels. But a more detailed search led me to this amazing world of fashionable shoes. Imagine walking down the aisle in a stunning pair of blood red stilettos. Whose head won't turn? :D
Similarly, the pumps and the wedges that rule the runways around the world. The recent Stella McCartney Fall collection 2012 has pointed pumps as the new rage. Let's get down to the snaps of this shoe wardrobe. :D= A girl's dream world!

PEPLUM

Hear the word "Peplum" very much these days? Ever wondered why? Take any fashion magazine and there will be atleast two celebrities dressed in peplum. It has become the trend of the season. There are several ways to flaunt a peplum dress or a peplum top as the case may be. Scroll below. :D

The white satin peplum looks heavenly when paired with a pink (my fav) skirt and accessorized with gold bracelets and chunky gold finger ring. I vote it the "Look of the Day".



And yep..you can go over the top in a peplum blouse too. Take Lady Gaga and Beyonce for inspiration with their neon orange tops.



The Indian beauties too tried their hands on the Peplum dress and here is the verdict.

Oversized watches have made a comeback in fashion. Be it leather straps, stainless steel, gold, rose gold, tan, horn gold, silver, white, coral or the neutral beige, having an oversized watch will never go waste!!
For instance, pair up a gold one with a black dress while going on a party, without overloading with any other accessory. You will find that the watch in itself will be a beautiful accessory. Needless to say, the title says it all. The clutch purses are obviously named so because of their shapes. Shaped like envelopes, these over sized purses can go with any type of clothing, be it, traditional salwar kameez or the LBD (Little Black Dress).
